Organized a Governance and Strategic Planning workshop for the Trustees.

Carried out a risk assessment/evaluation based on impact and likelihood and prepared a risk matrix for the scheme.
Prepared an Implementation tracking tool and offered support to the trustees by facilitating regular reviews of the implementation process.
Reviewed the scheme’s structure and processes and compiled a governance and authorities manual
Reviewed and prepared the scheme’s IPS
Reviewed the governance manual and agreed on a working interface and structure between the sponsor and the trustees.
