Overseeing all administrative, Fund management and Custody duties

Ensuring that the scheme has liquidity and that its investments are generating a good return and that its expenses are properly controlled.

Providing interim admin support to the RBA and other stake holders

Overseeing the transition and transfer of scheme to third party or to new Trustees once it recovers from financial depression

Ensuring that all service level agreements are adhered to.

Ensuring that all quarterly reports to RBA are prepared and submitted on time

Support the scheme in transferring outsourced administration from one provider to another outsourced provider

Ensuring that Benefits to members are processed and paid in time and that effective member communication is carried out and in particular the members AGM.
